Hello everyone, just checking if the MSI A320M PRO-E works with the Ryzen 5 2600. Also curious if it could slow down the CPU performance. Thanks for the info—I'm still getting familiar with PC building!

A320 models are likely to include the latest BIOS now. If not, you can request an update from a local electronics shop. Avoid ordering this unit. Consider a B450 Pro 4 or a Pro VDH Max for better performance. If finances are tight, a B450 S2H is still a solid choice.

Thanks, I’ll consider the B450. Since I’m on a limited budget, I’m opting for the Ryzen 5 2600 instead.

Choose a 3300x or 1600 AF resolution (lower binned 2600). That should improve performance and likely reduce costs.
