One whisper suggests Ryzen3 could reach 4000mhz for the 1/1 model instead of the 3733mhz max of the Ryzen2, due to modifications in the Infinity Fabric. Such rumors are often unimportant. Ryzen2 typically offered more than 3733 for RAM, but it led to undesirable effects on the Infinity Fabric. A lower baseline of 3200 might be realistic. The default memory speed for Ryzen2 was 2133.
