It seems the distinction in compatibility and performance between the two G.Skill Ripjaws 2x16GB kits isn’t that big, especially considering the differences in pricing. The B-die version is more affordable by AUD $50, but it’s not listed in the QVL for the Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro board, while the Hynix kit is confirmed compatible. You might not need to worry too much—go ahead with the Hynix setup.
I've mentioned it several times, but only pay for B Die kits if you boost the RAM. If you just tweak and skip the kits, they'll give the same result. Most kits should work even if not listed in the QVL; I'd choose the Hyix kit since it performs reliably and that's what matters most. Don't forget to overclock your RAM manually if you want the exact match of a B Die kit.
