With the newest beta versions, should I use that board for a 6-core processor? No. Unfortunately, this board is only a small part of the overall design.
The situation isn’t too bad. A lack of availability in my country forced me to purchase this Ryzen model instead of the Ryzen 3 3200G I wanted. I ended up buying a more affordable board, thinking I could upgrade later with a better one when it’s available.
It’s likely the performance will decrease. I wouldn’t recommend using it with a 6-core setup. Unfortunately, that’s the situation.
The board should work fine with this processor provided you maintain proper airflow around the case. The chip isn't very power-hungry unless you push it beyond stock limits, which isn't possible on that board. It could reach up to 80 watts under best stock settings. My A320 Prime ran a 1400 and is a 4/8 threaded CPU. I didn’t notice it throttling; it performed well as long as I kept the case clean by removing dust periodically (we have pets).
