Not built-in. Even with the NVIDIA driver it remains slow. Uncertain if a Turing release is available yet.

It should work if compatible drivers exist, because Apple still backs certain Macs with upgradable GPUs. However, you’ll have to apply patches, as Nvidia GPUs used as eGPUs aren’t originally supported.
