They changed the computers in the place I visit to use Windows 10, and suddenly it seems like there might be some issues with how disorganized Windows 10 has been.

The issue stems from recent changes where most library machines were upgraded, and each time I tried to log in, the setup process appeared repeatedly on similar screens, making it feel like a hassle.

It might not be wise to use an outdated operating system. They’ll need to upgrade eventually.
