I used Solus but didn’t apply a resolution or enable support. Now I want to retrieve the previous version so the display shows content again.
Activate the Tty interface using Ctrl+Alt+F2. Navigate through the listed directories to locate your xorg.conf file for saved resolutions. Remove any lines related to custom resolutions and restart; it should revert to defaults. Also consider removing the non-working resolution from /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-monitor.conf.
