Your keyboard might be sending the key for Instant Flash, possibly with a quick shortcut like F8 or F10, or the BIOS could be damaged and require a new BIOS written via programmer. Avoid pressing keys while starting the computer. You can download the latest BIOS, unpack it onto a USB drive (format it fat32), insert the drive, and try again if the issue persists. Instant Flash will recognize the USB file and may prompt you to program it.
