So basically, I purchased a new PSU (TUF Gaming 450B). The problem is that the cable is designed for American plugs, while our plugs are European Type C (I'm from Chile).
I found another PSU cable that matches both voltage and amperage, but it also has a European Type C plug. I’m a bit doubtful about using it, though it worked fine—it booted up. However, I’ve read warnings against using PSU cables, so I have two concerns.

First, if the voltage and amperage match, is it safe over time? Not just because our plugs are different, but also because the frequency and AC signals in Chile differ significantly from those in the US.
Second, I own a universal adapter that lacks the middle leg for the European Type C side, yet it can still work with US plugs. I’ve read that the middle leg is important for safety or to boost power, but on the adapter side it’s missing.

I’d really appreciate some second opinions from you, as your expertise could help protect my system in the long run. Sorry for the poor English.

The PSU supports a full-range input. The cable's importance is minimal as long as it adheres to the specifications. Those details are listed on the cable itself.

It is named an "International" standard plug type at the power supply side because it functions as intended.
