New PC i7700K with Windows 10. I’m facing a recurring problem that doesn’t occur on my older PC or Surface Book running Windows 10. I have three monitors, but only on the main screen does the desktop background show this brightening and dimming effect whenever I close windows or minimize them. This behavior was absent in my previous setup using the same monitors. I’ve checked all settings and animations, even disabling them, but it still doesn’t resolve the issue. It seems unrelated to the background animation when opening or closing windows. I searched online but couldn’t find a solution. Could you help me fix this? I just want the animation to disappear and return to how it was on my old PC. Thanks.
