Yes, it is possible. Using custom firmware such as OpenWrt or DD-WRT, you can modify the hardware MAC address to help bypass MAC filtering.

I wonder why you're attempting this. Many routers, both original and third-party versions, support a function known as 'MAC Address Clone.' I'm certain DD-WRT includes it, and even though I don't have a device using it right now, Tomato (and its versions) should too.
