So... I've been using this PC for about six months now, and it's been one of the oddest problems I've encountered. Every night I power down the machine and then turn off the PSU switch, but in the morning I have to flip the switch again. Only then does the power button respond. Once it's on, everything works properly.

My motherboard has RGB lighting on the VRM cooler, but when I shut it down, the lights don't stay on even though the PSU is active. That doesn’t make sense. I think it might be related to the BIOS rather than just hardware, since I keep updating it.

I usually stay updated with the BIOS, and for a month or so everything functioned normally. Then, after one update, the issue started appearing again—first with a couple of updates and then after another. Recently, after installing a new BIOS update, the lights came back on, and everything worked as expected.

But then it happened again after a few hours without power. If I leave it off for about 30 minutes or an hour, it works fine. The PC hardware includes a Ryzen 9 9950x3d, Asus Rog Strix X870E-E, and Corsair HX1500i.

I’m really struggling to figure this out. Please help me understand what’s going on.
