Something like that is already quite amazing, but I would also like a program which is able to modify things like startup sounds, which buttons appear etc. But this is a very nifty program, as the 3D thing is unique! Thanks for this!

You can adjust startup sounds independently using built-in tools. Open the Control Panel, select Sound, and navigate to the Sounds tab (third option on Windows 8.1). There you can modify, delete, and add sounds for specific tasks. I haven’t tried it before, so I’m unsure about any restrictions.

WinAero offers a tool that lets you modify the startup sound, though I’m sorry if it wasn’t obvious. You weren’t aware you couldn’t adjust the boot sound from there. WikiHow also explains how to use the program.

You need to upload an image under a specific size limit (around 240KB) into a designated folder and update the registry accordingly. You'll likely have to search online for guidance, as this process has been done before but isn’t commonly remembered. The reference link provided appears to be relevant.
