I don't understand why your computer is behaving this way. You have two US/Canadian English keyboard layouts, but it seems like only one is available. It looks like there might be a difference between the two, though it's unclear. I'd prefer to have just one US/Canadian English layout and a Canadian Multilingual Standard layout. This is frustrating, and any advice or suggestions would be really helpful.
