This refers to the option when you right-click in a folder. By default, the only automatic sorting is Date Modified, which can take a long time—sometimes half a minute. It opens every file, which is slow. A better choice I prefer is Date Created, but it needs manual entry for each folder. The workaround I found was to adjust the sorting settings in the "Details" view instead of changing the right-click menu. Using the "Large Icons" layout doesn’t help. I suspect this might require a registry change, but I’m not sure how to do it. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
