Hello, In the past thread you mentioned ( I attempted to bring up the 1060 in my laptop but gave up. Now I face a new issue: the display connections are broken. I think it should work with the mini DPD and HDMI, but an external display via the lightning port isn’t helping either. I’m sure the HDMI port is functional, as it worked before, and the dock still connects via USB and audio. My goal is to completely remove the dead GPU and use the iGPU (HD630) to control the HDMI through the lightning port. How can I achieve this? Disabling the GPU doesn’t seem to work and there’s no BIOS setting to turn it off. Anyone have any ideas?

The Intel graphics are routed via the Nvidia control panel 3D settings, which can affect performance and visuals.

You might turn off the dGPU via Device Manager, making the system unaware of its presence.
