No one does this typically. You can't simply remove the Windows OS to install another one. You need to back up data, create a bootable USB, and reinstall the desired operating system.

Transfer the desired files to a USB stick or external storage device. Prepare the target drive by formatting it. Install the new operating system onto the drive. Reinsert the drive and restore the files with the updated OS.
