Hello, after a clean install on your Lenovo IdeaPad 320 15Ast, the processor changed from 2133 MHz to 1066 MHz. Your specs are: AMD A9 9420, 4GB DDR4 at 2133 MHz, and an AMD Radeon 530 graphics card.

1066 represents the correct value. DDR means "Double Data Rate". Multiplying by 2 gives 2133.

It refers to double data rate, meaning it transmits information on both the rising and falling edges of the clock signal. This technically makes it operate at around 1066 MHz, but since it processes data twice per clock cycle, it effectively runs at about 2133 MHz. Different programs may show 2133 while others, like Speccy, display the precise speed.

Shifted to CPUs, boards, and RAM. A 1066Mhz processor wouldn’t work with DDR3 because its minimum speed is 1600Mhz.
