I recently installed a new PC (Ryzen 2700X, 16GB RAM, R580 graphics). Switching my Windows 10 background takes 8-10 seconds and causes the Settings window to freeze until it applies. This is unusual since my older laptop runs smoothly with instant background changes. I’m worried this might affect performance for other tasks.
