Increasing downforce boosts stability and reduces sliding, though it lowers top speed. Regarding gear ratio: tighter, slower gears in corners give quicker acceleration but limit top speed. It’s best to experiment with each setting to see what suits your driving style.

You're looking for the optimal gear ratio that balances speed retention and frequent shifting. It seems you're aiming for a setup that lets you stay in the most efficient range while still adapting quickly to track conditions. Your driving habits suggest you need a setup that offers flexibility without sacrificing performance.

Besides here's a cirtic: Dirt 3 fails to do 1080p 75hz. Even with the settings file changed. noooob devs. Back to piracy syndicate

Typically choosing a gear ratio of two works well. Just avoid pushing the rev limiter to the highest point during the straightest run.

Now I understand oversteer and understeer terms. Tesla leadership is on the rise.

You're on the 1 ratio, right? It really does reach peak performance occasionally, though it's usually a good deal. Just keep in mind, I'm still learning through the first chapter.

Yes, it relates to gear ratios affecting acceleration. Longer ratios can slow down shifts but improve speed when accelerating due to reduced mechanical delay.
