Hello and welcome! I am searching for an ergonomic chair that helps maintain good posture while sitting at my desk for various activities such as:

▪ Playing games on my computer (3-5 hours)
▪ General computer work (up to 2 hours)
▪ Board games (up to 6 hours)
▪ I also spend a lot of time in this chair while listening to music, thinking, or typing on my mobile throughout the day.

What matters most to me is a chair that:
▪ Supports good posture
▪ Is extremely comfortable for long periods (sometimes I sit cross-legged)

A headrest would be ideal so I can recline when needed.

Currently I own a Kinsal gaming chair, but it doesn’t meet my comfort needs. I believe an office chair would be a better choice since I need support and comfort for different tasks beyond just gaming.

I’m based in the UK and am open to spending more on a quality chair if the design, functionality, materials, and support are worth the extra cost.

Canadian here, my Markus office chair from IKEA is really comfortable to sit in. The mesh back feels nice, and it lets you lean back a bit. The main issues are that the headrest and armrests don’t have adjustable options, and the lumbar support is tricky to tweak, though manageable.
