Today my new motherboard came and one of the four pins on the Cha_fan3 is bent. Is it okay to still use it if I connect my fans?

Yes, it should work well. You can adjust it slightly manually or use a 4-pin fan for better performance.

I think it makes sense if it can bend back and function, but I wouldn’t suggest it because metal fatigue might cause the pin to fail. If the board is sold out in this condition, I’d probably think about returning it. For now, it should work with 3-pin fans, but 4-pin fans would need a straight pin.

That's actually a really common issue across all mobo mfgs, some models moreso than others. Gently tap it back into place with the handle of a screwdriver and enjoy many, many years of life from it.
