I've tried resetting Group Policy, adjusting privacy settings, turning off Windows updates, and enabling telemetry. No tutorials worked. I access the menu via right-click on a network and properties. I'm attempting to randomize my MAC address, but it doesn't appear to be available on my device despite seeing it on others.

Attempting to modify the MAC address on a WiFi adapter or wired Ethernet connection? When using WiFi, some manufacturers don’t include this feature in most Windows drivers. You’d need a dedicated wireless adapter that allows MAC address changes. Visit the adapter properties, go to configure, then advanced settings, and adjust the NETWORK ADDRESS option. If you see a network address available, you can modify it. If it still displays “managed by organization,” your computer might be part of a domain or requires enabling/disabling policies via gpedit.msc. A missing network address indicates the card isn’t compatible with this change.
