I really can't recall... I've had 113 modifications active for a while now... don't remember the vanilla look either.

If ModOrganizer functions, it indicates the mods haven’t been installed correctly. You can use alternative methods such as manual installation or a different mod manager.

The Nexus Mod Manager places the mods in the correct spot directly from the official Nexus website.
