During Christmas time I swapped one of my old IDE HDDs for a newer model. But now certain programs only attempt to install on the previous HDD, which is no longer connected to my PC. JRE, 7Zip and a few others mention "Can't find Drive E". The new HDD is labeled T. To fix this, I created a fresh partition of about 2GB and installed everything there, though it felt complicated. There might be a more efficient solution available. Any advice would be appreciated.
