Search for gpedit.msc, then open it and navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > All Settings. Use the top bar to filter by "state." Most entries will show as not configured, but some may be enabled or disabled. You can also check user configuration instead to explore further. Let us know your findings.
