The performance on a surround triple 1080p setup with an i5 4590 and R9 390 would be solid, offering smooth gameplay. Most titles should run well, though some may feel a bit sluggish at higher settings. Whether every game supports the surround display depends on the specific title—check the game’s requirements beforehand.

It varies by title. Keep in mind the resolution is 3/4 of 4K, so check 4K benchmarks—it should perform slightly better. Yes, most AAA titles support it, though a few might have problems (like UI scaling in Skyrim). Some may need additional tools such as SoftTH.

It resembles Crossfire profiles, but results depend on whether the game runs in Eyefinity. As noted, it uses about three-quarters of a 4K pixel count, so adding roughly one-fourth frames per second will give you a good FPS estimate at that resolution.
