I adjusted the overclock settings for my 5900X based on frequencies tested earlier for CCX 0 on CCD 0 and CCD 1. I noticed that on the Ryzen 5000, the CCXs are unified within each chiplet, which was different from the previous setup on the 3000. I’m focusing only on the BIOS options and not other settings. In the BIOS window, after setting the multipliers, I reviewed what frequencies were displayed. I also shared the Ryzen Master’s CPU frequency display, but didn’t use it for overclocking. It seems that four cores are correctly set on CCD 0 while only three are on CCD 1. I reached out to Gigabyte to see if others experienced similar issues.

Absolutely, I'm using the latest BIOS update, probably version F11p.
