I currently have version 5.07. Under the cleaner section, the advanced option displays "Old Windows Installation". The issue is that I'm still using Windows 7, which shouldn't be considered an old version. Upon inspecting the files, they mostly include system components like boot files and drivers. C:\$WINDOWS~BT\boot\boot.sdi, bootfix.bin, bootsect.exe, etc., are present. There are also several boot-related DLLs and font files. C:\$WINDOWS~BT\Drivers\DU\0dc0be63-8bb4-4347-8449-384f768f239f is 162 KB, and the directory structure suggests it's related to Windows updates or security patches. It might be useful to review these files for updates or clean up unnecessary items.
