For a non-OS drive, it will simply empty the recycle bin. Use WinDirStat to identify files for deletion.

On a single laptop it cleared out 35GB of storage. It can handle a lot of tasks. For better results, try using the built-in Disk Cleanup tool.

It can handle a significant amount of junk, not just the recycling bin. Remember to save the registry during cleanup using ccleaner if needed.
