While playing the game I chose to check the HW monitor and noticed that CCD #0 is reaching a very high temperature. (I’m sure my PC can handle the game on ultra). The readings on the right side show the maximum temperature it has hit, and it’s nowhere near 91.8°C. With a liquid cooled CPU I think it should be okay unless there’s another issue. Thank you if anyone can assist me. Feel free to ask any questions.

The heat during gameplay isn't a big deal if it only reaches 91°C briefly.

It's unlikely a stock with a 5800x would perform well. I'd need additional information to provide better guidance.

I need clarity on what you're referring to with "more details." Could you specify the context or topic you're interested in?

39C performs exceptionally well when the processor is under heavy use, and the cooling system functions adequately.
