I'm experiencing an unusual issue with some new noctua af14a I've added to my case. Occasionally all five units turn on simultaneously, while sometimes only the rear ones activate. If I increase the fan speeds in BIOS, every unit runs at full capacity. I own a Z87-D3H from Gigabyte and a 550W PSU from RoseWill. Thanks!

Ensure the lowest fan speed is maintained at 25% or higher within the BIOS/fan curve settings.
