I've been having trouble with my PC for a while and thought this would be the right spot to share. I tried to turn it on today but it was running so slow that I waited a bit before shutting it down. Eventually, it froze completely after restarting, and now it won't even open BIOS from here. The "VGA" debug LED comes on briefly, but I can't access the BIOS. I recall my GPU should be working properly. Could this be due to a corrupted Windows install or is there something else I'm missing? (I'm not overclocking anything.)

Details:
- Model: MSI mag B365M mortar Intel core i5 - 9th gen 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance
- Graphics: Asus GTX 1650 OC edition
- Boot drive: WD M.2 SSD, 250GB

I recently attempted it but unfortunately, I'm not making progress—it keeps getting stuck on the post.
