I'm seeking assistance without any illegal activities, just looking for guidance. I recently received a capture card (EVGA XR1 Lite) to stream video games and lectures. Initially, everything seemed to work, but when I set up the scene in OBS, it displayed a large 'HDCP' message. My AMD RX5700 is now disabled for HDCP settings, yet the issue continues. The problem persists when connecting my GoPro versus my gaming or streaming PC. Thank you.

Is the HDCP feature activated on your rx5700? It appears it should be turned on.

The override in the graphics card settings is disabled, just like when it was active.

I've already encountered this problem with my XR1 Lite. I'm not surprised since my TV provider offers streaming, but the quality is poor and the delays are bad. I decided to handle things myself for better reliability. Switching channels always triggers the HDCP warning. The EVGA site provides a tool to turn HDCP off and update firmware, which I did first before disabling HDCP. Unfortunately, my current streaming PC is outdated and had USB 3.0 issues, so I ended up updating it to a newer i3 model. Let me know if this helps.
