Hello, your i7 9700KF is running smoothly at 5.2ghz with stable performance and a voltage of 1.34v. However, it struggles to maintain stability at 5.3ghz, especially when you reduce the fan speeds on your nzxt x53 240ml unit. The CPU starts throttling around 85°C. I’m wondering if improving the cooling setup could help you reach or exceed 5.3ghz. Anyone with similar setups has any tips or experiences to share?

It looks like you're close to completion. If you push harder, you might easily reach another 1-200MHz. Just make sure you can manage the cooling requirements.
