It seems your display often limits the screen size, but the issue persists. Even at 90 FPS, the game might not look smooth unless your monitor supports higher refresh rates or the settings are adjusted accordingly.

The multiplayer is limited to 90fps and can't be increased. The single-player mode isn't restricted, though I believe that's what people say.
