I own an Acer Aspire E-15 model. It has two slots where I put 2 sticks of 8GB RAM running at 2666mhz, but the Task Manager shows only 2133mhz. I want to boost it to 2666mhz. After looking up some info, I found that BIOS is the easiest way, but there are no options for CPU or RAM overclocking right now. Can I use other software like a cooling program to do this instead?

You won't be able to run that computer faster than 2133MHz. The motherboard probably stops it there anyway.

You won't be able to speed up that machine. Most probably, it's capped at 2133 mhz because of the motherboard chip.
