Can't Overclock Ram Help!
I'm unable to push my RAM beyond the default 2133 MHz. This is my plea for assistance since I've faced problems with my computer for more than three weeks. My system tends to restart unexpectedly, especially during gameplay, sometimes right after booting or after about 40 minutes of play. Despite having a CPU core ratio set at 41 or 4.1 GHz, all temperatures remain normal. In CINEBENCH tests, the peak temperature reaches 80°C, indicating it's unrelated to my CPU. It might help to note that I'm not using a standard cooling solution; instead, I'm using a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. The PSU was installed less than two weeks ago, so I assumed it would be fine. I also acknowledge there could be an issue with the power supply unit.
Recently, I adjusted my CPU core ratio to 40 or 4.0 GHz, which has reduced the occurrences. Still, I can't increase RAM settings and don't understand why! Is it the RAM or the power supply?
Before anyone criticizes, yes—my BIOS is current and all drivers are up to date.

Overclocking the CPU won't affect RAM or cause any interference. To optimize RAM, you must activate DOCP to the XMP profile for your RAM. Setting DOCP to 3000 and RAM frequency to 3000MHz will improve performance.
What I'm asking might seem a bit unclear. I combined two issues into one and might have mixed things up.
I want to emphasize this: after performing a full CMOS reset and clearing my BIOS configurations, then adjusting any DRAM parameters such as memory frequency—something the PC fails to boot—I try enabling DOCP in "Ai Overclock Tuner." I select "D.O.C.P Standard" and it correctly sets all relevant parameters at 3000mhz along with the proper timings. Still, my system doesn't boot. Even when I switch to the next available frequency from 2133mhz, the PC remains unresponsive. I can't alter any DRAM settings without risking a stuck boot cycle.
Moving on to the CPU, since I couldn't successfully overclock my RAM, I'm now limited to focusing on CPU overclocking. I still hope to push my RAM further.

One more thing, are they inserted in A2 and B2 slots ?
I ran memtest86 three days ago and completed 17 passes without any errors.
One module is connected in A2, the other in B2.
Since your last reply, I've been testing the Ryzen Dram Calculator results. I entered them exactly as provided. Still no success.
Later I retried adjusting some settings myself. I set DRAM voltage to 1.4000 and SOC voltage to 1.125, but still nothing. If you'd like, I can share an image of my Ryzen DRAM calculator results. I'm still trying to figure this out!
I'm also getting a bit unwell... not sure if it's related. My Corsair Vengeance PRO (2x8gb) with 3200mhz performed well on older systems like the x370 and 1700x.
