The CPU might require more than 1.25, as each one varies; a 6600K could handle 4.2 at 1.25 while another might need 1.3 or more. I've already tried 1.3v, but now I'm unsure what the issue is—possibly related to my RAM. I own a Kingston Hyper X Fury with 8GB of 1866MHz memory and an 8GB stick from an old PC.
