I think I understand the issue with my CPU not overclocking and restarting twice after overclocking. I currently have two 2GB GBM RAM sticks at 800MHz each, but in BIOS it shows the RAM speed as 667MHz and I can't push my CPU beyond 0.5GHz due to that. Is it possible to raise the speed, meaning both sticks could be 800MHz?

A few more overclock attempts might be feasible, but you should reduce the memory multiplier in BIOS (if it's available). This would cause memory to operate below 800MHz, which is probably the current bottleneck.

You need to give more info than that. You need to tell us what motherboard and cpu you have, and model of ram could be useful too
