Hey everyone, here is what happened - when I signed into the Outlook web version using the email from my company with my password, it immediately asked me to change my password right away. Once I changed it successfully, I can't log back in anymore. The error message says: "You can't get there from here." This app only works on computers that are part of a company network, not ones used by regular people like mine. I've tried using the extension that adds multiple accounts, and even trying incognito mode with different browsers didn't help either. I'm going to send this info to support. If anyone else has had this same problem and knows how to fix it, please tell me! My guess is my laptop isn't actually connected yet to the company domain.

No problem even if it's your fault or if IT set up your email account, they will know exactly what steps you need to take. And since you're seeing this message now, yes, something went wrong because the system didn't approve your access according to their rules.

They might actually figure it out! I was so scared it would be my bad—my old Chrome had many annoying add-ons like AdLock running around. It just looked super weird at first, but hey, maybe they'll crack the code now.

It doesn't really matter who is at fault if you have an IT team that set up your email address. They can definitely tell you how to get things working. But from that error, it looks like whatever software or service you were using wasn't approved for use by the rules they made.
