you have an account with crew 2 purchased about a year ago, and you downloaded the game on xb1. you found the email and password in one of your text files, logged in, and now received a reset password message. for security reasons, we ask you to reset your password so you can log in. we will need an email with a link to create a new password. since you don’t remember your email password and don’t have your old phone number, please follow the instructions carefully.

Reach out to Uplay support. Unless you present stronger evidence beyond an email proving the account is yours, they may not assist. For example, if a game is linked or purchased using that account, you can share receipts and CD keys to confirm ownership.
