Can't install windows 10

I purchased a Windows 10 Pro USB from an American Best Buy, but it won’t install on my computer. When the USB starts, it displays an error saying it can’t install past 4% completion. It shows an error code, and we’ve checked all troubleshooting steps on the website without success. Could it be the USB itself? Everything inside my system appears to be functioning perfectly.

It seems the device might be faulty. You can obtain a USB installer tool from Microsoft directly and create a fresh one.

I've never set up Windows 10 before, yet I wouldn't be surprised to see a version similar to Windows 7 during the setup.
