I have a problem with sound coming from a RealtekHD card I put on my computer. Now there is no sound coming out, even though the list of devices says everything is okay.

I am using my Android TV as a screen and speaker for my PC. The sound card is a Realtek HD chip. When I tried to update the drivers recently, it didn't fix the problem.
