I have a problem with sound coming from a RealtekHD card I put on my computer. Now there is no sound coming out, even though the list of devices says everything is okay.

When you are sharing a thread about fixing things, it is normal to tell everyone what all parts of your computer are made of. Please write down these details like this: Processor: CPU Cooler: Motherboard: Memory (RAM): Hard Drive or SSD: Graphics Card: Power Supply Unit: Case: Monitor: also say when the power supply was first bought apart from its brand and model number, then tell us what version of your motherboard BIOS is right now. Do not forget to share the make and model of your sound cards as well. It might seem funny but have you plugged in an output device to connect to the sound card on your computer? If yes, maybe try turning off the audio drivers first, then manually install the newest driver using a special way called "Run as Administrator" by right clicking the installer and choosing that option.

Here is a broken down list of your computer parts: an Intel i5 processor, a cooler, a motherboard, a memory stick, and hard drives. I also have a gaming box and a power supply unit from Corsair. I am using my Android TV as a screen and speaker for my PC. The sound card is a Realtek HD chip. When I tried to update the drivers recently, it didn't fix the problem. All the items in Device Manager show up working fine, but I still can't hear anything on my PC or on the TV speakers. Basically, no audio coming out of my computer. Can anyone help me figure this out?
