Hello everyone, a few months ago I purchased a B550 motherboard from Amazon in brand new condition. It functioned properly at first. Recently, after switching my AIO model, my PC failed to power on. Only the initial flash from the motherboard to the RGB fans occurred, with no further activity. The video was slowed down to highlight the flashing point. I disassembled it several times but couldn’t locate the issue. I’m really upset. I detected a strong electrical odor, but the exact source remains unclear. I removed the F-panel cables—they smell slightly burnt. Could that be the cause, or did I damage the motherboard? Here are the specifications: Corsair 3500x ARGB case, Ryzen 7 5600X, Gigabyte Aorus B550 Elite ax V2 XPG D50 RAM (32GB), 4133MHZ, GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, Master Thermaltake GF1 850 Gold, fully modular design. I have a 1 HDD and two SSDs (500GB and 256GB). Please help if possible—it would mean a lot. Thanks again!!! IMG_8239.mov
