When i log in it displays 'Your account has been accessed from another location' which prevents me from entering. Even after changing the password and trying to log back in, the same message appears. It seems unlikely that someone from my household used it, since I'm the only one with Uplay installed on my PC. I use many different apps like Steam, Origin, and GOG without issues. I also ran a virus scan on my PC and found none. I only have a few games on Uplay, but it still bothers me. Someone please advise what to do?

It was also happening to me earlier today. After a few attempts, I managed to stay logged in.

Both of us faced the same problem today, I was able to log back in. It looks like they're encountering some login difficulties.

I discovered a solution for this Uplay on PC issue.
1. When the Uplay sign-in prompt appears, click the settings button at the bottom.
2. Choose "Always start Uplay in offline mode".
3. Click back.
4. When the sign-in prompt reappears, sign in and Uplay should launch in offline mode.
5. From here, you can return to online mode via the drop menu in the upper right corner using your username. If successful, you’ll be able to switch back without problems; otherwise, repeat steps 1 to 4 and play in offline mode instead.

Confirmed. Wait a few hours. These problems usually resolve within 1-12 hours.
https://downdetector.com/ is a trustworthy resource for checking if almost anything is experiencing issues. It covers services like Xbox Live, YouTube, Netflix, Verizon, and more.
If I were to compile all the data they can see about potential outages, there would be hundreds of reports.
