stable oc at 4.6ghz 1.32v 72° at max load
my concern is @4.7ghz bsod voltage all the way to 1.43v is my cpu not working or am I missing something? same with 4.8ghz maybe other bios settings are needed? i only changed vcore and cpu ratio besides llc, voltage mode

The specifications don't reach 68% at 4.6GHz, I only have low voltage for 4.6GHz.
The motherboard supports 12 phases, so it should work fine.

sorry its a msi z170a m7 I also get a 9c and a2 error code on start up
abit more info corsair hx1000i psu
asus gtx 980 x2 ( I don't think power is an issue)

Yeah, I believe a 4.7ghz at 1.45 volts would be fine. It's a significant jump from the previous 1.32v @4.6ghz, and it also causes a noticeable temperature rise.
