I purchased Cod: Advanced Warfare two weeks ago and started the campaign, but now I want to play online... unfortunately, I can't connect. The message reads: "Advanced Warfare: Online is not available at this moment." It’s confusing—I think I’m in China even though I say I’m in Germany. Help me figure this out.

While I used to enable my firewall while playing AW, it wasn’t the best solution. It might help in some cases, but I wouldn’t suggest relying on it fully.
