Can't achieve success in overclocking my 1700X using AsRock X370 Pro Gaming.

I'm using 1.60 BIOS, voltage around 1.35v, LLC1 should be sufficient even at 3.8 ghz.
Increase CPU SoC voltage to 1.2V
Set both LLCs to level 2
Turn off global c-state control
Check if stable at 3.8 ghz
As instructed, I tried and it seems stable at 3800mhz (1.5 hours OCCT + cinebench) and even 3900mhz (1 hour OCCT + cinebench), though RAM isn't overclockable...
Perhaps a BIOS update could help.
For now, I'll stick with 3.9ghz, vcore 1.35, LLC 2, SOC voltage 1.2, LLC 2, disable C State control and C6 State with RAM 2133mhz since it's much faster than 3.7ghz and 3ghz RAM.
Please confirm if the 1 hour OCCT is a full proof of stability!
Thanks for your assistance!
