I frequently encounter an AC error on my board when booting with XMP activated. The system runs normally under default settings but operates at 2133 MHz for RAM. The BIOS is up to date. 3600MHz isn't that quick, but it can work. There could be an issue with the XMP settings or your motherboard configuration. Set the same frequency, timings, and DRAM voltage as in the XMP profile yourself. Also confirm the DRAM modules are placed in the correct slots.
It's tougher to operate 4 sticks at faster speeds overall. You may want to reduce the speed by about 1-2 steps from the XMP setting and test if it starts at 3200mhz with XMP active.
Adjust the settings by hand using the instructions provided on the device. Skip XMP and follow the manual steps directly.
